First on the menu is events. I'm gonna keep it real with you guys, I've been really slacking on events. I'm going to try to post a daily event so keep up to date on the Global Event Thread to see whats coming up. If a event wolf or councl/leader isn't on, and there are people in the clan chat get the events going on yourselves. Theres no penalty for having fun together as a clan. On a side note the event points are being removed since we dont really use them and they just making event stressful.

The second thing I would like to bring up is Forum activity. There are some of you that are keeping up with the forums, and I'm very happy to see that from you. The ones who come on and check the forums daily is great too, but if you contribute to the forums by posting topics or commenting on them it will really encourage people to come back and get to know the clan bettter. Even if your just saying "hey boon, grats on 14 attack!". The biggest reason forums are so important for a clan is to communicate with each other. We all have lives and can't always magically be online at the same time, so this is our way of getting information out to everyone, from wars to events to just doing something weird as a clan. So check and post often.

The last thing I want to adress is our overall activity level and recruitment. We have some very loyal and commited members here in TLW, but our new member count has not been up to where it needs to be the last few months. I know its not your job to recruit people to your clan, but telling people about us is the best way to gain members. Maybe you just met someone new while doing a slayer task. Ask them their clan status. If they are in a clan ask how they like it and maybe if they want to collaborate sometime. If they are clanless tell them about TLW, let them know what were all about and what we have to offer. Remember that every clan member counts.

I would like to add on to the updates. As stated we are slacking in our staff positions. So to cure this Boon and I are going to comb through our staff members and most likely demote alot if not all of them. We need active and productive staff so we are going to downsize until more staff is needed. If you are demoted please don't take it personally, we are just trying to make some positive changes and chances are you will get your rank back at a later time.
